Its fun to wear shatter nail polish, I sometime paint my nails, but with some bright, fine,clean and glossy nail polishes. I have been very lazy to design my nails, shattered nail polish is a quick way to design nails without any extra effort. Just apply a coat over the nail polish and it will shatter quickly and will give a beautiful effect. If you remember I already reviewed Blue shatter nail polish (Review here). Although I liked the blue shatter nail polish, but it was way too bright and shiny so for my current review, I picked up OPI Navy Shatter, which is quite matte and decent as compared blue shatter.

In first look I paired it with loreal orange glitter nail polish and the two colors go perfectly together. However, I layered it with quite thick coat in first look also I didn't let the nail polish dry properly that's why it looks a bit goopy in first look, when in second look i layered it over white nail polish and it comes up quite good. The less you put on, the more cracks you are going to get and the cooler the effect will be and make sure to add a top coat at the end for shiny polishes look. I'm so in love with this navy shatter although it looks good with both colors, but i like it more with glitter nail polish. I can't wait to try different combinations. OPI ChipSkip (Review here)
