Illamasqua Immodest Lipstick

Illamasqua released new immodest shade in the lipstick range with I'mPerfection collection. If you remember I already reviewed about Illamasqua Blusher Duo& Speckle nail varnish from I'mPerfection collection and now pretty excited to share my opinion on new pink pout shade called immodest. Immodest is actually a matte vivid pink shade contains vitamin E for nourishing finish. I'm fan of pink lipsticks and love wearing every shade of pink, but literately not eager to try out matte ones because they dry me out and leave flaky and patchy lips. I'm afraid of wearing matte lipsticks, healthy nourish ultra shine lips always attract me so my first choice is creamy lipstick. However, when I first got immodest I found it really pretty and daring shade for summer. 

The first thing I noticed was the amazing packaging and quality of the lipstick. Normally I don't apply lipsticks with special care, but as the lipstick was very tempting and pretty so thought to apply it with little care and love. I tried applying it with lipstick brush, but failed to achieve the opaque look even after many attempt. I applied it straight from the bullet still did not get the desired results. I have not applied any lipgloss over the lips because wanted to show the actual colour, but I would recommend you to moisturise lips before applying it to get smooth and soft application. Well it brighten up my look immediately and really goes with my skintone, but the texture is horribly dry and very hard to work with. I think little touch of lipgloss underneath or over will help a bit to improve the shine and finish. Honestly I love the unique colour. It's very hard to find such a beautiful colour in drugstore brand, but have little trouble while applying on. It's pigmented and colour is very pretty and looks natural. It's such a beautiful colour for summer it's long lasting and do not leave stains. If you are a matte lipstick girl I would recommend it, but do not forget to moisturise your lips before applying it on.

I would recommend it to use it with lip moisturiser.
